Cooley Welcomes Litigator Jonathan Kim
Summary: Cooley strengthened their New York litigation group with the addition of commercial litigator Jonathan Kim.

Kim has also worked as counsel for O’Melveny & Myers and as an associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett. He clerked for Judge Leonard I. Garth, US Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and Judge Barrington D. Parker, US District for the Southern District of New York. Kim received his J.D. from Harvard Law School and B.A. from Dartmouth College.
