Mintz Levin Grows West Coast Litigation Practice
Summary: The Los Angeles office of Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovksy and Popeo, P.C., has welcomed a new managing member to their Litigation Practice.
With a team of already highly experienced trial lawyers, Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C., the addition of a new litigator will continue their excellence. Joshua Briones will be the Managing Member of their Los Angeles office.

Briones has a national practice and outstanding track record that sets him apart from others in his specialty. He has worked with clients for over 15 years on consumer protection issues. Some of these clients have been the Los Angeles Lakes, eBay, Cleveland Cavaliers, PayPal, and H&R Block. Other clients have been from consumer finance, insurance, manufacturing, environmental, pharmaceuticals, and telecommunications.
Managing Member of Mintz Levin, Bob Bodian said, “Expanding our class action practice with the addition of Joshua enables us to provide clients with an even deeper bench of experience, particularly in the areas of privacy, telecom and consumer products. He is an outstanding trial attorney and will provide great leadership as we continue to grow the Firm’s West Coast presence.”

Briones is the past president of the UCLA School of Law Alumni’s Board of Directors and a former adjunct professor of law of class actions in the U.S. for the Universidad Panamericana and the Instituto Tecnologico Autonomo de Mexico. Briones is an advocate for diversity in the legal industry, acting as a fellow of the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity.
