Busy Advising On Two Real Estate Matters

Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson are handling two very different real estate cases this week. Fried Franks vice co-chair, Douglas Flaum, was advising Brookfield; when a Manhattan judge denied extending a temporary warning order to allow protesters to continue camping out in Brookfield's Zuccotti Park. The firm also represented The Moinian Group on a joint venture with SL Green Realty to recapitalize 180 Maiden Lane.
