Appoints Andrew Whan as New Tokyo Corporate Head
UK based law firm Clifford Chance has announced the name of Andrew Whan as the firm's new Tokyo corporate head. His name was suggested following the departure of partner Alan Kitchin. Andrew is associated with firm as corporate finance partner and will be relocated to Tokyo from Hong Kong to take up the new post. He has been at Clifford Chance since 2006 as a partner. He specializes in general corporate finance with a focus on private equity. He serves the financial and corporate investors on private and public M&A transactions with a particular focus on pan-Asian transactions.
He did his BA and LLB Honors from University of Melbourne. Clifford Chance is one of the world's leading law firms with more than 3,000 legal advisers across the world.
