SEC Senior Trial Counsel Joins BraunHagey
A Senior Trial Counsel of Securities and Exchange Commission Mark P. Fickes has joined as partner in the law firm BraunHagey's San Francisco office. At the SEC, he served as lead attorney in prosecuting some of the nation's highest-profile securities enforcement actions. He was awarded Enforcement Director's award for his outstanding contribution several times. BraunHagey has hired attorneys since the firm has opened in 2009 and Fickes is the fifth attorney. Fickes had experience in private practice at different law firms and handled various commercial, product defect, and complex litigation at these firms. Fickes did his JD from the University of California, Hastings College of Law.
