won the case of the President of the Republic of Rwanda Paul Kagame
This is a major victory of Arent Fox LLP for the client the President of the Republic of Rwanda Paul Kagame. The US District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma observed that a proper summon was not served by the Plaintiff to President Kagame and hence cannot upheld the plaintiffs' motion for default judgment in a suit filed by the widows of the deceased presidents of Burundi and Rwanda for a wrongful death of their husbands.
