Houston office of our client seeks compensation and benefits attorney with 2-6 years of experience.

It has offices around the world and a full-service practice that includes the highest levels of litigation, corporate, energy, intellectual property and other types of law. Attorneys are able to improve their skills by participating in the firm's substantial formal training programs. Houston office of our client seeks junior to mid-level executive compensation and benefits attorney with preferably transactional employee benefits experience. Must have experience with due diligence processes, employee benefits research and review of employee benefits provisions of transaction documents. Experience with executive compensation provisions of the Internal Revenue Code (408A, 280G, 162(m), and 83), and an LL.M. degree in Taxation is a plus. TX Bar membership is preferred.
