Washington, D.C. office of our client seeks technology specialist with 1-3 years of patent prosecution experience. The candidate should preferably have experience in machine learning or quantum computing or closely related field. USPTO registration is preferred.

Washington D.C. office of our client seeks patent agent preferably with 2-4 years of experience in patent counseling and prosecution, or similar patent examining and/or industry experience. The candidate will be responsible for: drafting and prosecuting patent applications and handling other patent counseling matters, including drafting opinions, conducting due diligence investigations, performing freedom-to-operate and landscape analyses, and handling post-grant proceedings, under the supervision of the firm's partners.
