Duties:

  • Perform patentability and freedom-to-operate searches and analyses.
  • Provide technical and legal support in patent litigation and licensing matters.
  • Collaborate with inventors and attorneys to assess inventions and develop patent strategies.
  • Manage patent portfolios and deadlines effectively.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of patent prosecution experience.
  • Expertise in patent prosecution related to 5G, Wi-Fi, AI, processor and memory systems, image processing, and RF front-end technologies.
  • Excellent academic credentials with strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent field.
  • Registration with the United States Patent Trademark Office (USPTO) or qualification to register for the USPTO.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent field.

Certifications:

  • Registration with the United States Patent Trademark Office (USPTO) or qualification to register for the USPTO.
