  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

  • Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide sound legal advice.
  • Experience in legal drafting, including contracts, pleadings, and briefs.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients.
  • Litigation experience is preferred.

 

Education:
