Mid-level Project Finance Associate Attorney

Washington D.C. office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a mid-level project finance associate attorney with 6+ years of experience from a transactional practice at a top US law firm with core experience working on energy transactions in the US. The candidate must have project finance experience. Experience with transactions involving private M&A, equity investments, joint ventures, and other complex corporate transactions would be a plus. Industry experience focused on power and renewable energy is strongly preferred. Experience with other segments of energy and infrastructure is a plus. Should ideally have cross-border/international experience, but the core experience should be working on transactions under New York law. Must be licensed to practice in a state in the US. Spanish and/or Portuguese language proficiency is a plus.
