Irvine office of our client seeks mid to senior level litigation attorney with experience. The candidate should preferably have experience in corporate governance, compliance, commercial contracts, intellectual property, securities, healthcare, real property acquisition and development. Judicial clerkship experience and/or large law firm experience are preferred. Must be licensed in California.

The candidate must possess excellent academic credentials and solid research, writing and analytical skills.
