Duties:

  • Provide legal counsel and strategic advice on executive compensation, employment, and benefits matters.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis about tax implications, securities regulations, and other relevant laws.
  • Draft and review agreements, plans, and executive compensation and benefits documents.
  • Assist in negotiations and transactions involving executive compensation arrangements.
  • Represent clients in regulatory compliance matters and executive compensation and benefits disputes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in executive compensation and employee benefits.
  • Expertise in company representation and compensation disclosure issues.
  • Strong understanding of tax, securities, and other relevant executive compensation and benefits laws.
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the California State Bar or eligibility for admission upon hire.
