Duties:

• Handle a full caseload of labor and employment litigation matters

• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and correspondence

• Manage discovery, take and defend depositions

• Prepare cases for mediation, arbitration, or trial

• Collaborate closely with associates and support staff under senior attorney oversight

• Participate in case strategy sessions and contribute to litigation planning

• Attend court hearings and advocate on behalf of clients

• Engage in client communications and updates throughout the litigation process

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience focused on employment-related matters

• Prior experience handling class action lawsuits is beneficial

• Ability to manage high-volume caseloads with minimal supervision

• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset

• Must be capable of working occasional extended hours to meet case deadlines

• Prior plaintiff-side experience preferred but not required

• Bilingual skills are highly desirable, though not mandatory

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active California Bar license in good standing (mandatory)
