Job Overview

Duties

• Lead and supervise a team of Junior Associates on employment law matters

• Manage complex litigation and class action cases from intake through trial or settlement

• Develop and execute case strategies, including planning discovery and depositions

• Draft and argue motions, oversee law and motion practice, and negotiate settlements

• Communicate directly with clients and ensure they are informed at all stages of litigation

• Collaborate with other senior attorneys on legal strategies and firm-wide initiatives

• Uphold and enforce firm standards for legal excellence and case management

• Contribute to the firm's long-term strategy for addressing evolving legal challenges in employment law

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience in employment law, including class action experience

• Proven track record managing complex cases independently

• Experience supervising or mentoring junior legal professionals

• Demonstrated leadership and decision-making skills

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active and in good standing with the California State Bar
