Litigation Attorney

A law firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney for their Jacksonville office. The Litigation Attorney will lead a diverse caseload of litigation matters from inception to resolution, ensuring exceptional legal services are delivered to clients. The successful candidate will work closely with the paralegal team to manage high-volume needs and stay updated on legal developments and industry trends.

Duties:

• Manage a diverse caseload of litigation matters from inception to resolution.
• Partner with the paralegal team to support the high-volume needs of the Litigation practice.
• Stay abreast of the latest legal developments, regulations, and industry trends.
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships while delivering exceptional legal services.

Requirements:

• Barred in FL.
• Minimum 2 years of experience practicing Commercial Litigation matters.

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

Admission to the Florida Bar.
