A law firm in Denver, CO, is seeking a skilled individual to fill the role of Construction And Real Estate - Construction Transactions - Major Projects and EPC Contracts. The ideal candidate will possess 4-6 years of transactional experience in energy, renewable, transportation, and social infrastructure projects, including drafting and negotiating EPC contracts, P3 agreements, CMAR agreements, subcontractor and supply agreements, and other commercial contracting and project finance documents. Excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and strong academic credentials are required.

Duties:

  • Drafting and negotiating EPC contracts
  • Negotiating P3 agreements
  • Drafting and reviewing CMAR agreements
  • Negotiating subcontractor and supply agreements
  • Drafting various commercial contracting and project finance documents
  • Providing legal advice and support on construction-related matters

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
  • 4-6 years of transactional experience in energy, renewable, transportation, and social infrastructure projects
  • Strong understanding of construction law and regulations
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
