Job Overview: A law firm in Denver, CO, is seeking a Real Estate Associate Attorney with at least 2 years of top tier law firm experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and sales, development, and leasing, as well as familiarity with title, land use, rights of way, construction contracts, and loan documents. Strong written and oral communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Duties:

  • Conduct legal research and analysis related to real estate transactions.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and leases.
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients regarding real estate matters.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of real estate transactions on behalf of clients.
  • Represent clients in real estate transactions and disputes.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the State Bar in Colorado or eligibility for admission by reciprocity.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a top tier law firm, with a focus on real estate law.
  • Strong understanding of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, development, and leasing.
  • Knowledge of title, land use, rights of way, construction contracts, and loan documents.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

Certifications:
