Job Overview: The Litigation Associate Attorney will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of litigation, including conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, attending court proceedings, and providing support to senior attorneys.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research on various issues related to ongoing cases.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Prepare and respond to discovery requests.
• Assist with deposition preparation and attend depositions.
• Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on case strategy and client communication.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in New York.
• Minimum of 3+ years of litigation experience in a law firm setting.
