Mid- to Senior-level Corporate/Securities Associate Attorney

Fort Lauderdale office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a mid- to senior-level corporate/securities associate attorney with 3+ years of experience in the corporate group of a law firm and significant experience in complex corporate transactions (including mergers and acquisitions on the buy and sell-side), securities law, business formation matters, corporate governance, and contract matters. The candidate should preferably have private equity experience.

The candidate must be proactive, with strong business sense and communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage internal and external client and counsel relationships, and must have strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, drafting, and issue resolution skills. Must also have the ability to manage multiple files and competing deadlines and a demonstrated commitment to teamwork and client service.
