Duties

• Represent public-safety and public-sector employees in disciplinary and employment-related matters.
• Handle cases involving wrongful termination, harassment, and discrimination.
• Advocate in state and federal courts and before administrative boards.
• Analyze complex laws, regulations, and collective bargaining agreements.
• Draft legal documents, including briefs and settlement agreements.
• Provide strategic legal counsel and maintain client communication.
• Senior attorneys will lead litigation strategy and supervise colleagues.

Requirements

• J.D. and active California Bar membership.
• Experience level consistent with the desired tier (0-3, 3-7, or 7+ years).
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Experience with public-sector or public-safety employment law preferred.
• Commitment to employee-side representation and client advocacy.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.)
