Duties

  • Provide expert legal representation in matters related to the Marchman Act and guardianship.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis for comprehensive case understanding.
  • Prepare and file legal documents, petitions, and motions.
  • Attend court hearings and proceedings on behalf of clients.
  • Prepare clients for court hearings and present compelling arguments.
  • Engage in negotiations and settlements when appropriate.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the state bar in Florida.
  • 3-5 years of experience in litigation.
  • Proven courtroom experience.
  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education
