Associate Attorney needed for Charlotte office

• Prepared bankruptcy petitions and represented clients in court appearances.
• Draft wills and trusts for clients.
• Participate in marketing events to promote the firm's services.
• Cover closings as needed.
• Willingness to undergo training in real estate law.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in a legal setting.
• Bar licensure in the state of North Carolina.
• Working knowledge of estate planning.
• Preferably, 1 year of experience in real estate law.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
