Projects Finance Attorney

A law firm in Washington, DC, seeks a Projects Finance Attorney with 5-8 years of experience. The ideal candidate must possess a strong competency in drafting and negotiating principal financing documentation, with preferred experience in reviewing project documentation.

Duties:

• Draft and negotiate principal financing documentation for project finance transactions.
• Provide legal advice and support to clients engaged in project finance deals.
• Review project documentation, including contracts, agreements, and regulatory filings.
• Conduct due diligence reviews and analyses pertinent to project finance matters.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
