Attorney needed for Louisville office

A law firm in Louisville, KY is seeking an Attorney to advocate for and represent injured clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a commitment to obtaining justice for those who have been harmed.

Duties:

• Advocate for injured clients in legal proceedings.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and trials.
• Conduct legal research and analysis related to personal injury cases.
• Draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, and briefs.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
• Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
• Stay updated on changes in personal injury law and legal precedents.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar in Kentucky.
• Experience in personal injury law is preferred.
• Strong advocacy and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
