Labor and Employment Associate Attorney

A law firm in Santa Ana, CA, is seeking a Labor and Employment Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of litigation experience. The ideal candidate should have a focus on single-plaintiff and class action/PAGA (Private Attorneys General Act) litigation. This role requires an attorney who is licensed or soon-to-be licensed in California, with a strong academic record, and excellent written and oral communication skills. The Labor and Employment Associate Attorney will be an integral part of the legal team, specializing in employment litigation matters.

Duties:

• Handle single-plaintiff and class action/PAGA litigation cases in the labor and employment field.
• Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in employment-related matters.
• Conduct legal research, analysis, and document preparation.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop legal strategies.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
• California Bar license, or eligibility for imminent California Bar admission.
• 3-5 years of litigation experience with a focus on labor and employment matters.
