A law firm in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a skilled Commercial Real Estate Attorney with a clear commitment to commercial real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, diligence, and a desire for continuous learning and growth. Excellent research skills, a positive attitude, and strong communication abilities are essential. The candidate will advise clients on various commercial real estate matters, draft and negotiate contracts, manage transaction closings, and build lasting client relationships.

 

Duties:

  • Advise clients on a diverse range of commercial real estate transactions, including multi-family, office, and commercial retail properties.
  • Draft, negotiate, and review commercial real estate contracts, leases, closing documents, and financing documentation.
  • Manage transaction closings and perform legal due diligence to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Cultivate and maintain productive relationships with clients, providing attentive and responsive legal services.
  • Conduct legal research to support transactional work and provide strategic advice to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate successful transactions and resolve legal issues efficiently.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Georgia Bar and active license in good standing.
  • 2+ years of experience in complex commercial real estate transactions.
  • Commitment to a career in commercial real estate law with a demonstrated passion for the field.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in legal research and problem-solving.
  • Positive attitude, receptiveness to learning, and a proactive approach to professional growth.
