A law firm in Atlanta is seeking a Residential Real Estate Attorney. The Residential Real Estate Attorney must possess superb interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly build rapport with others. They should have a strong customer and client service orientation, able to manage the needs and expectations of multiple parties, and quickly adapt to changing circumstances. High attention to detail is essential, along with expertise in title review and resolution. Strong computer and technical skills are required. The candidate must be licensed in Georgia.

 

Duties:

  • Conduct title review and resolution for residential real estate transactions.
  • Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on residential real estate matters.
  • Draft and review purchase agreements, leases, deeds, and other legal documents.
  • Represent clients in real estate closings.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Communicate with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other parties involved in transactions.
  • Handle negotiations and resolve issues that may arise during transactions.
  • Conduct due diligence on properties.
  • Perform legal research and analysis related to residential real estate law.
  • Maintain accurate and organized client files and documentation.
