Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the State Bar of Georgia or eligibility for admission by waiver.
  • 1-6 years of experience in corporate debt finance, preferably in a law firm setting.
  • Demonstrated expertise in secured transactions for both borrowers and lenders.
  • Strong understanding of syndicated financing and acquisition financing transactions.
  • Proven track record of effectively closing financing transactions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Education:
