Duties:

  • Handle asset-based financing transactions focusing on the middle market and larger cash flow.
  • Provide legal representation to arrangers, agents, and lenders in financial institutions matters.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure accurate and up-to-date advice.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents related to lending transactions.
  • Advise clients on regulatory compliance and risk management in financial transactions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in asset-based financing transactions.
  • Experience in the middle market and larger cash flow is essential.
  • Preferably have a background representing arrangers, agents, and lenders.
  • Prior experience in a large law firm is preferred.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the State Bar in GA.

Skills:

  • Excellent academic credentials.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Leadership abilities and comfort working directly with clients.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
