Senior Lending Financial Institutions Associate Attorney

Job Overview: A law firm in Atlanta, GA, is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lending Financial Institutions Associate Attorney with a focus on asset-based financing transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the middle market and larger cash flow, with a preference for representation of arrangers, agents, and lenders. The candidate should possess excellent academic credentials, exceptional communication skills, and demonstrate leadership abilities.

Duties:

• Handle asset-based financing transactions focusing on the middle market and larger cash flow.
• Provide legal representation to arrangers, agents, and lenders in financial institutions matters.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure accurate and up-to-date advice.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents related to lending transactions.
• Advise clients on regulatory compliance and risk management in financial transactions.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in asset-based financing transactions.
• Experience in the middle market and larger cash flow is essential.
• Preferably have a background representing arrangers, agents, and lenders.
• Prior experience in a large law firm is preferred.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the State Bar in GA.
