A law firm in Princeton is actively seeking a skilled Labor and Employment Attorney with 3-6 years of experience in employment litigation matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in defending employers in single-plaintiff discrimination, harassment, retaliation cases, and ERISA litigation. The position requires excellent academic credentials, substantial experience defending employment actions in agencies and court, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

 

Duties:

  • Defend employers in single-plaintiff discrimination, harassment, and retaliation cases.
  • Handle ERISA litigation matters.
  • Provide legal representation in employment actions before agencies and in court.
  • Conducted legal research and analysis and drafted legal documents.
  • Offer strategic legal advice to clients on labor and employment matters.
  • Collaborate with clients and legal teams to develop effective defense strategies.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to practice law in the U.S.
  • 3-6 years of experience in employment litigation matters.

 

Experience:

  • Proven experience defending employers in discrimination, harassment, and retaliation cases.
  • Experience in ERISA litigation.

 

Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong legal research and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with clients and legal teams.

Certifications:

License to practice law in the U.S., with preference given to licenses in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and/or New York.
