Job Details

Duties

• Conducting patent prosecution activities, including drafting and prosecuting patent applications.
• Collaborating with attorneys and clients to develop and implement patent strategies.
• Analyzing and interpreting complex technical documents to provide legal advice on patent-related matters.
• Conducting patent searches and prior art analyses.
• Managing and maintaining patent dockets and deadlines.
• Interacting with clients and inventors to gather necessary information for patent filings.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of in-house or law firm patent prosecution experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Ph.D. in Chemistry or Organic Chemistry.
• Admission to the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
• Excellent academic credentials.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering (B.S.) or Ph.D. in Chemistry or Organic Chemistry.

Certifications
