Job Overview: A law firm in New York City is seeking a Mid-Level or Senior Global Projects Transactional Associate Attorney with a strong construction contract background and energy industry experience. Duties:

• Draft and negotiate construction contracts, including EPC, EPCM, BOP, equipment supply, and operation and maintenance.
• Manage teams of legal professionals, working closely with partners and supervising junior associates.

• Provide legal advice and support to clients in the energy industry.

Requirements:

• 3 or more years of experience working on construction contracts of various types, as specified.
