Mid-Level Environmental Associate Attorney

Job Overview: A law firm seeks a Mid-Level Environmental Associate Attorney with significant expertise in environmental law, including regulatory counseling and litigation. Duties:

• Participate in environmental litigation proceedings, including hearings, trials, and appeals.
• Advise clients on compliance with environmental laws and regulations.

• Collaborate with other attorneys and professionals within the firm on multi-disciplinary matters.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of prior work experience in environmental law.
• Strong understanding of environmental regulations and statutes.
• Excellent legal writing skills demonstrated through prior work or academic achievements.
• Superior analytical and research abilities.
