Duties

Requirements

  • Experience: 2–3 years of experience in labor or employment law is preferred, but experience in other legal areas will be considered.
  • Bar Admission: Active admission to the Washington State Bar or eligibility to obtain admission.
  • Skills:
    • Strong legal research and writing capabilities.
    • Effective communication and presentation abilities.
    • Detail-oriented and organized with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with litigation, arbitration, and handling cases before NLRB and PERC.

Education

  • Degree: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
