Attorney with 5-10 years of general liability experience

A law firm in Philadelphia, PA, is seeking an experienced Attorney with 5-10 years of broad general liability experience for its Philly office and surrounding counties. The ideal candidate should be an associate with solid experience. Duties:

• Manage and handle a diverse caseload of general liability matters.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on a variety of issues related to cases.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• 5-10 years of experience in general liability law.
• Bar admission in Pennsylvania; NJ and/or DE Bar admissions would be a plus.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Bar admission in Pennsylvania is required. NJ and/or DE Bar admissions would be a plus.
