Duties:

• Provide comprehensive legal support for mergers and acquisitions transactions within the healthcare sector.
• Facilitate the acquisitions of physician and dental practices, ensuring legal compliance and client objectives are met.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions transactions.
