St. Louis office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks tax controversy and white collar criminal defense litigator with 1-4 years of experience. The candidate will draft internal legal memoranda as well as briefs, and other documents for filing with federal courts and federal agencies including the Internal Revenue Service. Will interact directly with prosecutors, investigators, agents and attorneys of the Dept of Justice, IRS, other federal agencies, state taxing agencies and state regulatory bodies. Develop litigation skills through practice in federal district courts and the United States Tax Court. Anticipate taking on increasing amounts of responsibilities in litigation matters. A tax background is preferred; interest in and willingness to learn tax law and procedure will be considered. Must be licensed in Missouri.
