Duties

• Assist in handling mass tort and complex plaintiff-side litigation matters
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests and responses
• Review and analyze large volumes of documents and evidence
• Conduct legal research related to mass tort claims and procedural issues
• Support depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation
• Communicate with clients regarding case status and litigation strategy
• Coordinate with experts, co-counsel, and litigation support teams

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in litigation, preferably in mass torts or complex litigation
• Familiarity with plaintiff-side litigation practices and procedures
• Experience with discovery and motion practice
• Ability to manage deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in New York (in good standing)
