Duties:

• Represent clients in various intellectual property litigation cases, including disputes related to patents, trademarks, and copyrights.
• Conduct thorough legal research, draft legal documents, and assist in case preparation and strategy development.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to provide legal counsel and strategic guidance.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings as necessary.
• Manage and maintain case files, documentation, and records with precision and compliance.

Requirements:

• 1-5 years of legal practice experience, with a strong focus on intellectual property litigation.
• A technical background is highly preferred.
• An undergraduate degree in electrical engineering or computer science is preferred.
• Active membership in the North Carolina State Bar.
