Mid-Level Insurance Defense Associate Attorney

Duties:

• Draft dispositive motions to advance client interests

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of defense litigation experience
• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania
• Strong understanding of the rules and procedures of the Pennsylvania Courts
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania

Preferred Qualifications:

• Licensing to practice law in New Jersey, New York, or Delaware is a plus
