Requirements:

  • Ability to handle complex caseloads independently.
  • Active membership in the Local Bar Association.
  • Advanced computer skills in legal research programs (Westlaw and Lexis).

Education & Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the State Bar.
