Litigation Associate Attorney

Duties:

• Drafting lawsuits, discovery documents, and legal correspondence.
• Conducting depositions, mediations, and trials.
• Guiding the work of paralegals and supporting senior managing attorneys.
• Analyzing client needs and determining case strategies.
• Providing legal counsel to clients.
• Arguing motions in court proceedings.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Personal Injury trial experience.
• Proficiency in writing, research, and negotiation.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to handle complex caseloads independently.
• Active membership in the Local Bar Association.
• Advanced computer skills in legal research programs (Westlaw and Lexis).

Education & Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar.
