A law firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney to join their team in Philadelphia, PA. The ideal candidate should have 4+ years of experience in handling litigation matters.

Job Overview: The Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal representation to clients in commercial litigation cases. This role requires a highly skilled and experienced attorney who can handle cases independently, possesses exceptional analytical and writing abilities, and is an effective communicator.

Duties:

• Manage a caseload of commercial litigation matters.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to develop case strategies.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, and negotiations.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to provide legal advice and guidance.

Requirements:

• Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania (PA) and New Jersey (NJ).
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial litigation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.
• Knowledge of insurance defense is a plus.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active and in good standing with the PA and NJ bar associations.
