Job Overview: A law firm in San Francisco, CA, is seeking a Senior Tax Executive Compensation, Employment And Benefits Associate Attorney with extensive experience in executive compensation, employee benefits, and related tax matters.

Duties:

  • Provide legal counsel and support on a wide range of executive compensation and benefits matters.
  • Conduct research and analysis on tax, securities, and other relevant laws pertaining to executive compensation and benefits.
  • Draft and review agreements, plans, and policies related to executive compensation, employment, and benefits.
  • Assist with transactional matters involving executive compensation and benefits, including mergers, acquisitions, and IPOs.
  • Advise clients on compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in executive compensation and benefits.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive compensation and employee benefits.
  • Extensive experience in company representation and compensation disclosure issues.
  • Strong understanding of tax implications related to executive compensation and benefits.
  • Familiarity with securities laws and other relevant regulatory frameworks.
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the California State Bar or eligibility for admission via reciprocity.

Education:
