Job Overview: A law firm is seeking a Mid-Level Labor and Employment Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of experience to join their team in San Francisco, CA. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience representing employers on both class and individual bases in various labor and employment matters.

Duties:

  • Represent employers on wage and hour compliance issues.
  • Handle cases related to employment discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, leaves of absence, and employee accommodations.
  • Provide legal counsel on personnel policies and employment agreements.
  • Address other labor and employment issues as they arise.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Labor and Employment Associate Attorney.
  • Experience representing employers on both class and individual bases.
  • Strong knowledge of wage and hour laws, employment discrimination laws, and other relevant regulations.
  • Familiarity with traditional labor (labor management) skills is a plus.
  • Must be in good standing with the CA State Bar.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the California State Bar.
