Litigation Associate Attorney

A law firm in San Diego, CA, is seeking a motivated Litigation Associate Attorney to assist with all aspects of the litigation process. The candidate will conduct legal research, draft legal documents, negotiate settlements, and represent clients in court. They will collaborate with senior attorneys, manage case files, and provide legal administrative support as needed.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis to support ongoing litigation cases.
• Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Assist with case management and organization of documents.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies.
• Negotiate settlements with opposing parties when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation.
• Provide legal administrative support as needed.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Proven experience in litigation, preferably in a law firm setting.

Education:
