  • 3-4 years of experience practicing real estate law.
  • Proven experience with title review, purchase and sale agreements, and closings.
  • Strong understanding of real estate laws, regulations, and industry practices.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in using office technology and legal software.

Certifications:

  • Active membership in the Florida State Bar or eligibility for admission.
