Job Overview:

The Transactional Attorney will provide legal advice and guidance on real estate matters, draft and negotiate various transactional documents, represent clients in real estate closings, and assist with corporate and business law matters.

Duties:

  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to provide sound legal advice on real estate matters
  • Draft, review, and negotiate various real estate documents, including title insurance, purchase agreements, leases, contracts, and other transactional documents
  • Represent clients in real estate closings, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Provide legal counsel on property development, financing, leasing, and zoning matters
  • Collaborate with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other parties involved in transactions to facilitate smooth closings
  • Assist in resolving legal disputes or issues that may arise during the transaction process
  • Stay updated on current real estate laws, regulations, and industry trends
  • Advise clients regarding entity formation, acquisitions, and corporate compliance
  • Assist with corporate and business law matters, including contract drafting, review, and negotiations

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience as an attorney
  • Experience in estate and trust matters is a plus
  • License to practice law in the State of Florida
  • Strong knowledge of real estate and corporate laws, regulations, and legal principles
  • Experience in drafting and negotiating real estate contracts and transactional documents
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
