A law firm in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Real Estate Leasing Associate Attorney to primarily handle commercial office leasing arrangements for large, national, and institutional clients. The Real Estate Leasing Associate Attorney will focus on high-end tenant representation office leasing transactions for major companies. The role requires direct client contact, the ability to work independently, and autonomy to manage matters effectively.

 

Duties:

  • Manage commercial office leasing arrangements for institutional clients
  • Handle high-end tenant representation office leasing transactions
  • Conduct legal research and analysis related to real estate leasing matters
  • Draft and review leasing agreements and related documents
  • Provide legal advice to clients on leasing negotiations and strategies
  • Communicate directly with clients and oversee matters independently

 

Requirements:

  • 4-7 years of experience in commercial leasing, preferably with a focus on high-end tenant representation office leasing transactions
  • Admission to the New York Bar
  • Strong understanding of real estate leasing laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage matters effectively

 

Education:

JD degree from an accredited law school

 

Certifications:

Admission to the New York Bar
