Labor and Employment Associate Attorney

Stamford office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a labor and employment associate attorney with 4-8 years of employment and/or labor law experience. The candidate should have knowledge of state and federal labor and employment laws and experience representing employers in a wide variety of employment-related matters, including discharge and discrimination issues, contract and grievance administration, personnel policies and handbooks, affirmative action compliance, employee discipline, wage and hour issues, disability, reasonable accommodation, and family and medical leave matters, unemployment, employment contracts, severance and separation agreements, individual terminations and reductions in force. Employment litigation experience is required. Workplace investigation experience is a plus. Must have Admission to the Connecticut Bar.

The candidate must possess superior academic credentials, excellent writing, and analytical skills.
